As the author of the  Tujague’s Restaurant Cookbook, Poppy will tell the story of New Orleans’ second oldest continuously operating restaurant, complete with the tale of New Orleans' first rockstar chef, Madame Bégué, and the restaurant's cross-dressing ghost, Julian Eltinge!
